The Bike to Work Day 2024 Proclamation was signed by the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board Vice-Chair, James Walkinshaw, at the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments. This was to recognize Friday, May 17, 2024 as Bike to Work Day throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan region.
